What to Do If You’ve Lost Your Growth99 Login Credentials or Forgotten Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your Growth99 business account password or lost the email with your login credentials, follow the steps below to reset your password securely.

Step 1: Visit the Login Page


Go to: https://beta.growth99.com/#/sign-in

Click on the “Recover Password” link located on the login screen.


Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email Address


You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Growth99 account.

Click “Send Request” after entering your email address.



Step 3: Access the Reset Password Page


You will be redirected to the Change Password page, where you can securely set a new password for your Growth99 account.


Step 4: Check Your Email for the OTP


You will receive an email from Growth99 containing a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP).

If you receive multiple OTPs, please use the most recent one.






Step 5: Set Your New Password


On the Change Password page:

  • Enter your new password.
  • Input the 6-digit OTP received via email.


Password Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter (e.g., A, B, C)
  • At least one lowercase letter (e.g., a, b, c)
  • At least one numeric digit (e.g., 1, 2, 3)
  • At least one symbol (e.g., @, #, $)






Step 6: Log In With Your New Password


After resetting your password, return to the login page and sign in using your registered email and the new password.
