What's New: We've updated the chatbot icon across all client accounts. The new icon features a modern speech bubble design in a warm terracotta color, providing a more contemporary and inviting look for your patient interactions.

Instagram Direct Message Integration

What's New:

Manage Instagram conversations alongside your other patient communications directly in your Growth99 inbox.

Key Features:
  • Direct Authentication: Securely connect your business Instagram account through Meta's authentication flow. Only Instagram Business accounts can be linked.
  • Unified Inbox: Instagram direct messages appear in your Growth99 inbox with clear visual tagging to distinguish them from other message types.
  • Two-Way Messaging: Reply to Instagram DMs directly within the conversation thread, with support for Instagram's character limits and media types.
  • Smart Contact Linking: Automatically match Instagram conversations to existing contacts by handle, or create new contacts for unmatched conversations.
  • Rich Media Support: View sender names, Instagram handles, profile photos, timestamps, and message content all in one place.
  • Future Automation Ready: Framework in place for Instagram-triggered automation workflows (coming soon).
