Managing Account Settings & Notifications
Manage your personal settings in the Growth99 platform, including configuring notifications, changing your password, and updating your profile information.
Getting Started
1. Log in to your Growth99 platform using your credentials
2. Click on your photo icon located in the top right
Managing Your Profile Information
Once you're in the My Profile section, you can update your personal information:
Basic Profile Settings
- Avatar: Click "Click to upload or drag and drop" to add or change your profile picture. Supported formats: SVG, PNG, JPG, or GIF (max. 800x400px)
- First Name: Update your first name as needed
- Last Name: Update your last name as needed
- Email: Modify your email address (this affects login credentials)
- Phone: Update your contact phone number
- Designation: Add or update your job title or role
- Description: Add a brief description about yourself or your role
Notification Settings
- Text Message Alerts: Check the box "I consent to receive alerts via text message" to enable SMS notifications to your phone number
- This setting controls whether you receive system alerts and essential notifications via text message
Important: Always click "Save Changes" after making any updates to your profile information.
Understanding System Notifications
Required Contact Information
All users must maintain both:
- Email Address: Required for system login and email notifications
- Phone Number: Required for SMS notifications and alerts
These contact details ensure you receive important business updates and system alerts.
Default Notification Setup
By default, Growth99 automatically configures new lead notifications for all users in your business:
- New Lead Email Notifications: Sent to your registered email address
- New Lead SMS Notifications: Sent to your registered phone number
This ensures that every team member is immediately notified when new leads come into your business, helping you respond quickly to potential customers.
Customizing Your Notifications
To modify or customize your notification preferences:
- Navigate to "Automations" in your Growth99 platform
- Locate the new lead notification settings
- Edit the notification preferences according to your needs:
- Enable or disable specific notification types
- Modify notification timing
- Customize notification content
- Set up additional notification triggers
Note: Changes made in Automations will affect how and when you receive various system alerts and business notifications.
Provider-Specific Settings
If you are designated as a provider in the system, additional options will appear:
Enabling Provider Status
- Toggle the "Is this user a provider?" switch to ON
- This will reveal additional configuration options:
Provider Configuration
- Select Clinics: Choose which clinic locations you're associated with from the dropdown menu
- Select Service Category: Pick the category that best describes your services
- Select Service: Choose the specific services you provide
Important: After configuring provider settings, click "Save Changes" to apply your selections.
Changing Your Password
To update your password for security purposes:
1. From the left navigation menu, click "Change Password."2. You'll see your current email address displayed for confirmation
3. Fill in the required fields:

- Current Password: Enter your existing password
- New Password: Create a new secure password
- Confirm Password: Re-enter the new password to confirm
Password Requirements
Click "Change Password" to save your new password. Your new password must meet these security requirements:
- At least 12 characters long
- Include at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- Include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- Include at least one numeric digit (0-9)
- Include at least one special character (!@#$%^&*
Additional Profile Management Options
From the left sidebar, you can also access:
- Clinic URL: Configure clinic-specific URL settings
- Chatbot: Manage chatbot preferences
- Provider URL: Set up provider-specific URLs
- Self Assessment: Configure self-assessment tools
- Contact Form: Manage contact form settings
Important Reminders
- Always click "Save Changes" after making any modifications to your profile
- Use the "Reset Changes" button if you want to discard unsaved modifications
- Keep your contact information current to ensure you receive important system notifications - both email and phone number are required
- Regularly update your password for optimal security
- Enable text message alerts by checking the consent box to receive SMS notifications
- New lead notifications are automatically enabled for all users via both email and SMS - you can customize these in the Automations section
- Ensure your phone number is accurate and current, since you'll receive business-critical alerts via SMS
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues:
- Ensure all required fields (marked with *) are completed
- Verify your password meets all security requirements
- Check that your email format is valid
- Make sure to save changes before navigating away from the page
