How to Create or Edit a Location (Clinic)
Learn how to create or edit a location, or clinic. Add multiple clinics under a singular business account with ease.
When a new business account is added to Growth99, a default clinic is automatically created under the Locations module. The clinic admin is responsible for completing the clinic profile by entering details such as:
- Clinic Name
- Contact Number
- Time Zone
- Address
- Business Hours
- Other configurable information
Businesses can add multiple clinics under a single business account. Each clinic must have a unique name to ensure clear identification and avoid system conflicts.
Step 1: Navigate to the Clinic Details Page
- Log in using your credentials.
- You’ll be redirected to the G99 Admin page.
- Click the admin profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Business Settings.
- On the Business Profile page, click Locations in the sidebar.
- Click Add Location to open the Clinic Details page.
On the Location Details page, fill in the required clinic information as shown in the image below.
Step 2: Set Up the Clinic
Fill Out Required Details
Complete all mandatory fields in the Location Details section:
- Clinic Name
- Clinic Number
- Time Zone
- Address
- About Location
- Currency
After entering the details, click the Next button in the bottom-right corner to proceed to the Business Hours page.
Set Business Hours
On the Business Hours page:
- Use the ON/OFF toggle to enable specific working days.
- Set the opening and closing times for each active day by choosing the Timings option.
- Alternatively, you can choose the Appointments option, which keeps the clinic closed unless an appointment is scheduled for that day.
Tip: Make sure to select A.M. or P.M. correctly for each time slot to ensure accurate scheduling.
Click Next to proceed to the Configuration page.
Configuration Tab
This section includes additional business settings:
- Check the box to CC your email address on lead email notifications.
- Under Appointment and Payment, select your preferences for virtual or in-person appointments.
- Specify how many hours in advance a patient must book an appointment.
Click Next to proceed to the Gift Cards and Link tab.

Enter relevant URLs in the following sections:
- Business Links: Add your website URL.
- Appointment-Related Links: Include booking, gift card, and payment URLs.
- Social Media Links: Add links to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Note: You can click the Go Back button anytime to return to a previous section and make edits.
After entering all the details, click the Next button to save the clinic.
Saving the Clinic
After clicking Next, your clinic information will be saved, and you’ll be redirected to the clinic list on the Location page.
Note: To add additional clinics, click Add Location again and repeat the setup process.
Step 3: Edit, Delete, or Set a Clinic as Default
To manage existing clinics:
- Navigate to the Location page.
- Under the Action column, click the three dots next to the clinic you want to manage.
Available options:
- Mark as Default – Set the clinic as the default location.
- Delete – Remove the clinic.
- Edit – Modify clinic details.
When you click Edit, you’ll be redirected to the Clinic Details page.
Update the necessary fields and click Save Changes to apply and save the updates.
A confirmation message will appear:
“Your clinic has been successfully edited and saved.”
