How to Change Your Growth99 Password
Every new Growth99 business account user receives a registration email containing their login credentials. Your initial password is auto-generated; we recommend updating it to something more secure. Follow the steps below to change your password.
Step 1: Log in and Access the Change Password Option
Log in to your Growth99 account using the credentials provided in your registration email.
Once logged in, navigate to your profile icon in the top-right corner. Click the dropdown menu and select the “Change Password” option.
Step 2: Enter and Confirm Your New Password
After clicking the “Change Password” option, you will see three input fields:
- Old Password – Enter the original password from your registration email.
- New Password – Enter your new password. Ensure it meets the following requirements:
- At least 12 characters long
- Contains at least one uppercase letter
- Includes at least one number
- Contains at least one symbol
- Confirm New Password – Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
After completing all the required fields, click the “Change Password” button to finalize the update.
