How Do I Edit Gia's Configuration After Setup?

Updating Gia's Communication Settings, Response Timing, Booking Link, Knowledge Base, and Predefined Answers

The Edit Configuration screen gives you full control over how Gia behaves after the initial setup is complete.

Whether you need to adjust Gia's tone, update your booking link, or refine predefined responses, all of your key settings are accessible from one place.

  1. How Gia Speaks: In this section, you can customize how GIA communicates.
    • Configure the tone of GIA (e.g., professional, friendly, conversational)
    • Change the name of the AI responder.
  2. When Gia Works: This section allows you to control when Gia should respond to contact inquiries.
    • Respond Immediately – Gia replies instantly to incoming messages.
    • Respond After a Certain Time – Set a delay before Gia responds.
    • Respond Within Specific Hours – Configure time-based responses (e.g., 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) - follow Location Time zone
    • Select the option that best fits your clinic’s workflow and patient engagement strategy.
  3. Booking: In this section, you can add your appointment booking link. Insert the correct booking URL.
    • This allows Gia to guide patients directly to your scheduling page.
  4. Gia Knowledge Base: Here, you can upload additional information to improve Gia’s accuracy.
    • You can:
      • Upload supporting data files.
      • Add custom documents
      • Provide additional reference material.
    • This helps Gia deliver more precise and context-aware responses.
  5. Gia’s Answers: This section allows you to configure predefined questions and answer pairs.
    • Add specific questions you expect patients to ask.
    • Define the exact response Gia should provide.
    • This ensures consistent messaging for common or important queries.
