Enabling or Disabling Appointments

This guide walks you through the steps to enable or disable the “Virtual” or “In-Person” appointment types on your appointment booking link.

Overview


When a user selects the booking button, they are redirected to the appointment booking page, as shown in the example below.

By default, two appointment types are available: “In-Person” and “Virtual.”

There is an option to disable either appointment type from your booking link based on your preference.


Step-by-Step Instructions


  1. Go to the Locations Page
  2. Navigate to the “Locations” section under your Business Settings.

  1. Edit the Desired Location
  2. Click the “Edit” button under the Actions column for the location you want to modify.

  1. Access the Configuration Tab
  2. On the Location Details page, switch to the Configuration tab.
  3. You’ll find checkboxes to disable “Virtual Appointment” or “In-Person Appointment.”

  1. Select the checkbox next to the appointment type you want to hide.
  2. Save Your Changes
  3. After making your selections, click “Save” to apply the updates.
  4. Review the Booking Link
  5. Open your booking link to confirm that the selected appointment type has been successfully removed or enabled.
