Enabling or Disabling Appointments
This guide walks you through the steps to enable or disable the “Virtual” or “In-Person” appointment types on your appointment booking link.
Overview
When a user selects the booking button, they are redirected to the appointment booking page, as shown in the example below.
By default, two appointment types are available: “In-Person” and “Virtual.”
There is an option to disable either appointment type from your booking link based on your preference.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to the Locations Page
- Navigate to the “Locations” section under your Business Settings.
- Edit the Desired Location
- Click the “Edit” button under the Actions column for the location you want to modify.
- Access the Configuration Tab
- On the Location Details page, switch to the Configuration tab.
- You’ll find checkboxes to disable “Virtual Appointment” or “In-Person Appointment.”
- Select the checkbox next to the appointment type you want to hide.
- Save Your Changes
- After making your selections, click “Save” to apply the updates.
- Review the Booking Link
- Open your booking link to confirm that the selected appointment type has been successfully removed or enabled.
