Editing an Appointment
Growth99 offers powerful tools to help business account users efficiently manage their clinic or practice operations. With the Appointments feature, users can seamlessly track all scheduled, completed, and pending appointments in one centralized location. Sometimes, appointment details may need to be updated—whether due to a patient request, a change in the provider’s availability, or a modification to the selected service. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of modifying an existing appointment.
Step 1: Access the Appointments Section
Log in to your Growth99 account using your authorized credentials.
Once logged in, navigate to the “Appointments” section from the main menu on the dashboard.
This section displays all scheduled, completed, and pending appointments associated with your clinic or business.
Step 2: Locate the Appointment
Use the search bar and filters to locate the appointment you want to edit.
Step 3: Open the Edit Appointment Page
Choose the desired appointment, and click the “Edit” button in the Actions column.
It will open the Edit Appointment page, where the existing appointment details are pre-filled. From here, you can update the necessary information.
Step 4: Make the Required Changes
Modify the relevant details, such as the appointment time, provider, service, or patient information.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
After making the updates, click the “Save Changes” button to apply them. The updated appointment details will be available in the system immediately. Depending on your notification settings, the patient and provider may receive automatic alerts about the changes.
