Create Tasks for Contacts

Stay organized and ensure follow-up with your contacts by creating tasks directly within Growth99. This guide shows you three different methods to create tasks for specific contacts: directly from the contact's detail page, using the quick action menu in the Contacts module, or by adding a new task from the Tasks module and assigning it to a contact. Choose the method that works best for your workflow to streamline task management and improve patient care.

Creating a Task for a Contact (Three Methods)

Method 1: From the Contact module

  1. Open the Contacts module.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the Action button next to the lead or contact to whom you want to assign a task.
  3. From the dropdown menu, click on the View details button.
  4. A new page will open, and the Task button will appear on the right panel
  5. Click on the Task button.
  6. Fill in the details and save.

Method 2: From the Contact module

  1. Open the Contacts module.
  2. Click on the three dots in the Action button of a specific contact for which you want to create a task.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select Create Task.
  4. A slider page will open from the side.
  5. Fill in the task details and save.

Method 3: From the Task module

  1. Go to the Tasks module.
  2. Click on the Add Task button.
  3. A slider page will open from the side.
  4. Select the relevant contact from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter all other task details and save.
