Create New Contacts from Different Sources

Growth99 offers multiple efficient methods to generate and manage contacts. New contacts can be added manually or automatically through Forms, Chatbots, Self-Assessments, and Landing Pages.  This guide outlines the steps to create contacts using each method within your Growth99 business account.

1. Creating Contacts Manually

STEP 1

  • Log in to your Growth99 business account and navigate to the Contacts menu.
  • Click the Add New button.


STEP 2

  • A contact form will appear. Fill in the required fields and click the Add Contact button to save the details of the lead or customer.


STEP 3

  • You will be redirected to the Contact List page, where all the existing contacts will display along with new ones.
  • The source will be indicated as "Manual."


2. Creating Contacts via Forms

STEP 1

  • Log in and navigate to the Marketing menu.
  • Select Forms from the dropdown.


STEP 2

  • On the Form List page, locate the Lead Capture Form and click Preview.



STEP 3

  • Complete the displayed form and click Submit.


STEP 4

  • After submission, a Thank You page will appear, and the new lead will be in your Contact List with the source form.


3. Creating Contacts via Chatbot

STEP 1

  • Log in and go to Marketing > Cliff Hanger > Chatbot.


STEP 2

  • Click the Preview button on the Chatbot customization page.


STEP 3

  • Complete the Chatbot form and click Submit.


STEP 4

  • A new contact will be generated and listed in the Contact List, with the source labeled as Chatbot.


4. Creating Contacts via Self-Assessment

STEP 1

  • Log in and navigate to Marketing > Cliff Hanger > Self-Assessment.


STEP 2

  • Click Preview on the Self-Assessment configuration page.


STEP 3

  • Select symptoms or affected body parts in the preview interface and click Continue.


STEP 4

  • A Lead Capture Form will appear. Fill in the required details and click Submit.


STEP 5

  • A Thank You page will confirm the submission. The new contact will appear in the Contact List, with the source shown as Self-Assessment.


5. Creating Contacts/leads via Landing Pages

STEP 1

  • Log in and navigate to Marketing > Landing Pages.


STEP 2


  • From the list of landing pages, click the Preview button next to the desired page.
  • Note: Ensure the landing page is configured under Automation to enable lead creation.


STEP 3


  • Complete and submit the Lead Capture Form.


STEP 4

  • The new landing page lead will now be available in your Contact List.
