This process is also applied to reconnect Square with WooCommerce if any issue is faced during checkout using the Square payment method.
Please follow the steps below:

Log in to the WP Dashboard of your Website. The login URL will be yourwebsite.com/wp-admin or yourwebsite.org/wp-admin.

From the Dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Settings.

From the upper tab choose Square and click on “Connect with Square”.

Log in to your Square account. You must be the owner of the Square account to authorize Woo-Commerce to connect.

Select “That’s My Site – Redirect Me” to return to your site.

After that, you will be redirected to the same Square tab, for confirmation, the “Disconnect from Square” option will appear in place of “Connect with Square”.

Then click on "Save changes". ( IMPORTANT! )

Now it is successfully connected with WooCommerce.
