Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel an Appointment
Step 1:
Access your Growth99 panel using your login credentials.
Navigate to the Appointments Section. From the dashboard, go to the “Appointments” tab.
Step 2:
Find the Appointment to Cancel. Use the search bar or apply filters to locate the appointment you want to cancel. Click on the "Edit" button.
Step 3:
On the Edit Appointment page, find the "Appointment Status" dropdown. Change the status to "Cancelled."
Step 4
Click "Save Changes" to confirm the cancellation. You will receive a success message once the status is updated.
Note: Changing the appointment status to “Cancelled” retains the record in the system but marks the appointment as inactive. Depending on your settings, notifications are sent to both the patient and the provider.
