Appointment Set Up

The Growth99 platform provides an intuitive and easy-to-use interface for managing online appointment bookings. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for setting up the appointment booking feature using the Growth99 app.

Step 1: Add Services for Appointment Booking


  1. Log in to your Growth99 account.
  2. Begin by adding the categories and services you want to make available for online appointment booking.
  3. Refer to the visual guide below for help with adding a new service.


Note:


  • The “Cost” and “Duration” fields are mandatory when adding services.
  • If these fields are left blank, the system will automatically assign a default cost of $50 and a default duration of 30 minutes.

Step 2: Assign Services to Providers


After adding services to the business account, the next step is to assign these services to the appropriate providers.


  1. From the Business Profile dropdown menu, select “Users.”

  1. If the provider has not yet been added, create a new user profile before proceeding.
  2. If the provider is already listed, follow the steps below to assign them the provider role


  • The user must be marked as a provider in their profile.
  • All relevant categories and services must also be assigned to them within their profile.

Note:


In Growth99, at least one user must be explicitly assigned as a Provider for the selected services to enable appointment booking.


Step 3: Set the Provider’s Availability

After assigning services, click “Save.”

  • Navigate to the “Working Schedule” tab to configure the provider’s available hours.
