Adding an Appointment

Growth99 offers a streamlined, user-friendly interface that enables you to manage patient appointments effectively. Scheduling a new appointment is quick and easy, ensuring a seamless experience for staff and clients.

Step 1: Log in to Your Growth99 Dashboard with your login credentials and Navigate to the Appointment Menu.

Step 2: Click on the "Add Appointment" button. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to enter all necessary appointment details.


In this form, you can add:

  • Patient Information: Add the patient's name, email address, and phone number. You can either select an existing patient or create a new one.
  • Service Details: Choose the service or treatment the patient is booking.
  • Provider Details: Select the provider or staff member who will be attending the appointment
  • Appointment Date & Time: Set the desired date and time for the appointment using the calendar and time picker.
  • Additional Notes: Include any special instructions, preferences, or relevant notes related to the appointment (optional).
